The combined organization provides comprehensive technology services for Oracle-PeopleSoft customers--on-site expertise, remote managed services, and software-as-a-service application hosting.

The specialized enterprise architecture, along with application life-cycle management, and IT governance of Cajana, is included in a definitive merger agreement with CRESH, a longtime Oracle-PeopleSoft partner, specializing in hosting ERP applications for Higher Education and Public Sector customers.
With this merger, Cajana has added has added over 50 strategic and referenceable PeopleSoft customers, as well as a new service offering focused entirely on delivering training programs to customers through CRESH's certified training partnership with Oracle Corporation. Cajana will also be able to complement its existing portfolio of Enterprise IT Services with Infrastructure Hosting and Support capabilities.
